Your Yarra Valley wine journey commences around 9:00am as your wine chauffeur welcomes you to Melbourne and leads you into the days wine journey from Melbourne, leaving the city’s pace behind and entering the vine-laced tranquillity of the Yarra Valley — a region famed for its elegant cool-climate wines and sweeping vineyard vistas.  Along the journey you will learn about the history of wine making in the Yarra Valley, stories with intimate knowledge that can only be gained by over time with true enriched local wine relationships.

By 10:00am, your first tasting begins with a private, guided masterclass professional wine educator. Across 5 to 8 premium pours, you’ll explore varietal expression, site-driven characteristics, and blending philosophy. Enjoy curated pairings of local artisan cheese with reserve, single vineyard, and museum-release wines that showcase the nuance and complexity of the Yarra Valley terroir.

Lunch unfolds at Domaine Chandon, where you’re seated at a private table overlooking the estate vines. Here, indulge in a flight of four méthode traditionnelle sparklings, guided by your wine chauffeur.
